Safety first: fire, building and electrical standards at every factory

A safe workplace is the base of everything we do. A secure environment is essential for a better working atmosphere, so each Radiance factory has a well-trained security team that works around the clock across the whole production area.

Fire protection

We maintain full safety measures against fire: first-aid fire appliances, a fire hydrant system with a sufficient reserve of water, smoke detection, a sprinkler system, and a fire alarm system with central monitoring, run by a Fire Section with highly trained fire crews.

Building and electrical safety

Building and electrical safety measures are ACCORD recognized and are continuously maintained according to all legal and building-code requirements.

Security and housekeeping

Our security team carries out physical checks at the entrance and 24-hour CCTV covers the whole campus. A dedicated workforce also keeps the factory clean and healthy, because good working conditions begin with good housekeeping.
